The final element of the North Bridge master plan called for the construction of a pool house and chemical-free pool with an integrated hot tub. Designed for entertaining as well as practical use, the pool house features indoor and outdoor kitchen amenities, an outdoor shower, powder room and laundry facilities. The stone wall and wildflower landscape not only adds visual interest but serves to mitigate potential damage to the surrounding wetlands and meets the requirements of the conservation commission.
