Typically, our projects progress through five steps:
Design Development
We are experts when it comes to the means and methods of construction. We identify solutions that use the latest building science technology while maintaining the highest level of quality and the design intent.
Estimating
Based on the architectural drawings and specifications, we put together an in-depth estimate and offer alternatives for your consideration.
Permitting
We are well-versed in obtaining approvals and permits. We have established relationships with municipal departments and utility companies throughout the region, ensuring that the project moves forward smoothly.
Construction
Our team manages every aspect of the project. We demand the highest level of craftsmanship and the finest materials. Regular site meetings are held with the homeowner and design team throughout the project.
Maintenance
Once the house is finished, we provide you with a comprehensive homeowner’s manual that includes as-built documentation, warranty information, project specifications and a written maintenance schedule. Our full-service maintenance department is available to care for your home.
