Meadow Lark in Concord, Massachusetts, Receives PRISM Award for Outdoor Living

Meadow Lark, the pool house and chemical-free pool with integrated hot tub we built in Concord, Massachusetts, received a PRISM Award from the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston. The project was recognized as a Silver Winner in the best design for outdoor living category. Entries were judged on concept creativity, functionality and the impact of furniture and accessories within the overall space.

The PRISM Awards recognize the finest projects and outstanding achievements of builders, developers, project owners, architects, land planners, marketing and advertising firms, interior designers, remodelers and other professionals in the home building industry. Winning such an award is a sign of excellence in the field and recognition of superior achievement. It is quite an honor.

Gracious Outdoor Living

Designed by Treffle LaFleche of LDa Architecture & Interiors, the pool house features indoor and outdoor kitchen amenities, powder room, laundry facilities and an outdoor shower. It is perfectly appointed for entertaining. The pool is encircled by a native bluestone patio. The surrounding landscape was designed by Stefanie Hubbard of SiteCreative Landscape Architecture and completed by R.P. Marzilli & Company. The stone wall and wildflower landscape not only adds visual interest but serves to mitigate potential damage to the surrounding wetlands and meets the requirements of the conservation commission.

Every aspect of this project was built with an eye towards sustainability. We expect the homeowner’s will be able to enjoy this outdoor living space for years to come.
